For those who are new to the podcast, hi! My name's Amaya, and I'm the host and creator of the Intentional Intern Podcast! I started this podcast over a year ago now (which is INSANEEEE) and even before that big milestone, I was already thinking about how to make the podcast better.
I wasn't feeling a few podcast elements and procedures I've had since the beginning, and as I grow so does the podcast. I wanted to do something special for the big 365--and that was a rebrand I've been working on since the 9-month mark.
As I've been going through my HR internships, a big part of all my experiences have been routed in communication (beyondddd email lol). I've learned skills in strategic and executive communication, as well as company-wide communications across tonssss of different situations. As I thought about new podcast strategies and writing creatively, why not have a free-form blog? My 9-5 writing is cool and structured, so filling some of my 5-9 to intentionally writing freely and openly about college and career just felt right. New posts will come out on the podcast's off-weeks.
Anyways, I say all that to say I hope you guys enjoy the bi-weekly blog as much as I do :)
